Users are also provided with multiple filtered views, to glance through both scheduled and completed activities including phone calls, tasks and appointments. These features are controlled in the same way as they are in Microsoft Outlook.

The invoicing feature of Legal Track™ allows you to invoice your clients at any time you want. Users can simply select the date range and generate a professional looking invoice on their official letter head. Once the invoice is generated, it can be sent to the client via One-Click Email button and a copy is saved under the invoices section.

Legal Track™ is fully compatible with Microsoft SharePoint 2010 (or above). Microsoft SharePoint is the industry-standard document management system today because of its ease of use and integration with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. You no longer need to store and share client documentation via shared network drives. Instead, you can now store your documents under each matter file within Legal Track™, which links directly with Microsoft SharePoint.

Word & Excel integration
Whether you want to print out a court form or write a letter, Legal Track™ does it all. Legal Track™ will allow to merge all predefined case related information into a Word document to print client letters and court forms. Legal Track™ also comes with a few pre-formatted sample documents. In addition, Legal Track™ users will also have the option to transfer information to Excel, which means they can run Pivot table reports on the fly for items such as invoices and payments.
