What kind of organizations can benefit from Legal Track™?

Legal Track™ is a case Management software that can be used by law firms, insurance companies, government legal departments or any organization that needs to maintain detailed information on cases as part of its routine work.

Is Legal Track™ available only in the cloud?

Legal Track™ is offered in the cloud or as an in-house software program installed on your local server. The cloud version is priced on a per-user per-month basis whereas, the in-house version (server installed software) can be bought outright. There is no difference in the functionality. You can use Legal Track™ as a web client or in Outlook regardless of the version you use.

Where is my data stored?

If you are using the cloud version of Legal Track™, your data is stored on our secured cloud servers at a reputable data center. Our cloud servers are HIPAA compliant and all your data is fully encrypted. If you opt for the in-house version then, of course, the data would be housed on your local servers.

Can I get a backup copy of my database if I am using the cloud version?

Yes. You can choose to get a copy of client data upon request, at an additional charge. Alternatively, you can also export the data in Excel format from the software itself.

What is the minimum user requirement for Legal Track™?

Legal Track™ requires a minimum of 5 users. Our case management software is built to cater to the needs of small, mid-sized and large organizations. Being built on the Microsoft Dynamics platform, Legal Track™ can easily cater to around 3,000 concurrent users.

Can I have the software further customized according to our requirements?

Yes. Although, the product is already feature-rich, you can further customize the software according to your specific needs.

I have a specific court form and letter that I would like to use with this software. Is this possible?

Legal Track™ comes equipped with sample court forms and letters, which you can use as-is or edit as you see fit. You can also easily upload any court forms, letters and other frequently used documents into the system yourself.

What areas of legal practice does Legal Track™ cater to?

Currently, Legal Track™ offers case management solutions for legal practice in the areas of Civil Litigation, Contract, Family Law, Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, Social Security, Real Estate and Immigration.
We are continuously incorporating new additions into the system to make it suitable for other types of legal practices.

Does Legal Track™ work with hosted as well as in-house Exchange?

Yes. Legal Track™ works seamlessly with hosted as well as in-house Exchange.

What Exchange version is required for Legal Track™?

Legal Track™ is compatible with Exchange 2005 and above. Also, Legal Track™ uses SQL database to store all your information.

What version of Microsoft Office do I need?

Legal Track™ is fully compatible with Microsoft Office 2007 and above.

Will Legal Track™ work with a hosted or in-house Microsoft SharePoint?

Legal Track™ is compatible with both versions of Microsoft SharePoint. Due to its complete integration with Microsoft SharePoint, Legal Track™ offers superior document management features. Please note that Legal Track™ is compatible with SharePoint Foundation 2010 and above (hosted and on premise). For more information on a SharePoint setup, please contact our sales department.

Is Legal Track™ compatible with smart phones?

Yes. Legal Track™ mobile edition gives you the ability to access software via web browser from your smart phone such as the iPhone, iPad and Android allowing you to be ‘in the loop’ irrespective of whether you are in office or not.
